1. Using ScoreDeck
These terms apply when you use ScoreDeck. By signing in, creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Use ScoreDeck only where permitted by applicable law.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in information secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not access another person’s account, impersonate someone, bypass access restrictions or exploit the service.
3. Sports information
Scores, schedules, rosters, injuries, statistics and other information are supplied by external sources and can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Predictions, betting lines and playoff estimates are informational only and are not guarantees, financial advice or an invitation to wager. ScoreDeck does not accept real-money wagers.
4. ScoreBucks and virtual items
ScoreBucks, badges, titles, logos and frames are virtual features with no cash value. They cannot be redeemed or withdrawn for money. Reward eligibility and transactions follow the rules displayed in the app. Duplicate sales return virtual ScoreBucks, not cash. Rewards and availability may change; access to a cosmetic does not grant account privileges.
5. Gifts and badge rewards
Gifts require an accepted friendship and recipient acceptance. Declined inventory gifts return to the sender; declined purchased gifts are refunded in ScoreBucks. Accepted gifted copies may be sold under the app’s rules but cannot be gifted onward. Badge-exclusive items require an eligible earned badge or an allowed gift of an earned copy; they cannot be purchased directly.
6. Chats and conduct
You retain responsibility for content you post. Do not post unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, misleading or infringing content, spam, or private information belonging to another person. You permit ScoreDeck to store and display your content to its intended audience. The owner may remove content or restrict accounts for abuse or security reasons.
7. Data and privacy choices
ScoreDeck stores account details, preferences, activity and transactions needed to operate its features. Profile visibility, notifications and other available choices can be managed in Settings. Public chat posts remain visible to their chat audience even if your profile is private. Third-party sign-in, sports feeds and linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Third-party names and links
Team and league names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation. External links take you to services outside ScoreDeck’s control.
9. Availability and limitations
ScoreDeck is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free information. Features may be changed, suspended or retired. To the extent permitted by law, ScoreDeck is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on sports data, service interruptions or third-party services. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and questions
Updated terms will be posted on this page. Review them when returning to the service. For feature definitions and reward rules, visit Help. Questions about account use can be raised directly with the ScoreDeck owner.
